Just like the past consecutive years, the association had the privilege of marking the International Women’s Day with a provision of a cancer awareness enhancement program. The awareness program has been carried out to the staff of Ethiopian Commodity Exchange Authority by Dr. Biruk Habtamu, oncology resident and member of our association. During the program, attendants received an elaborated review on the most serious diseases concerning women in Ethiopia, breast cancer and cervical cancer.

The association would like to thank Dr. Biruk Habtamu for his stirring presentation, and also the Women’s affair directorate of the authority for the strong commitment they have shown in the facilitation of the program.
