September 23rd, 2018 – A glamorous holiday of Meskel (finding of the true cross) was marked at the association’s home of compassion for cancer patients on. As in the past few years, patients at the compassionate home spent the day joyfully with a group of young men and women known as Abet Volunteers. During the day, they all have enjoyed the festivities such as traditional dance, coffee ceremony, and the campfire (demera) ceremony.

It is hoped that all those festivities have brought the desired joy and relaxation to all women cancer patients at the compassionate home.
